Zitter Institute at ICCF-27: Entering the Experimental Field of LENR

Our colleague Marc Fleury has launched a very ambitious experimental project on LENR (Low Energy Nuclear Reactions). The project consists of several phases and activities, all aimed at experimentally investigating possible LENR phenomena and exploring whether they could be explained as effects related to the Zitter model of the electron.

The first step of this project will be presented at the upcoming ICCF-27 (27th International Conference on Condensed Matter Nuclear Science), which will take place in Niagara Falls, Canada, from August 31 to September 4, 2026.

The official ICCF-27 program is available here:

Marc's participation includes four presentations, prepared in collaboration with two other members of the Zitter Institute, Giorgio Vassallo and Carlos A. M. dos Santos.

A New Step for the Zitter Institute

This project has the full support of the Zitter Institute.

For our organization, this represents an important step forward. Until now, much of our work has focused on developing and defending a theoretical model of the electron and exploring its possible implications for the foundations of physics.

With this project, we are beginning to move from the theoretical to the experimental domain. Our goal is to investigate whether this alternative view of the electron can lead to new experimental predictions, provide explanations for existing experimental observations, and potentially open the door to new applications.

We believe that LENR provides an interesting field in which to begin this transition, precisely because it contains a large and diverse body of experimental claims that can be examined systematically and critically.

This is only the beginning of what we hope will become a long-term experimental research program.

We wish Marc Fleury, Giorgio Vassallo, Carlos A. M. dos Santos, and all the other Zitter Institute members involved in this project the very best of luck at ICCF-27.

They have our full support.
